1、Zhongya·CAAR Modular Central Controlling Air-conditioner based on Ground Source Heat Pumps
  Zhongya·CAAR central controlling air-conditioner based on ground source heat pumps is a kind of new-type air-conditioning products independently developed by our company base on the highlights of technologies referred from the advanced ground source heat pumps of European and American countries and the cooperation of many Chinese universities noted in the fields of heating engineering. The unit not only keep the world-leading technics but also considerate the practical situation of China. It is a high-efficiency energy-saving central controlling air-conditioner combining refrigerating, heating and household hot water supplying. It can be used on the buildings need refrigerating as well as heating and hot-water supplying, i.e,. office building, residence, workshop, restaurant, hotel and shopping center,etc. It can also be used for low-temperature waste-water's remaining heat recovery.
  ·System features
  Energy-saving and environment-protection: sufficiently utilize the ground energy and produces quadruple heating or refrigerating capacity. The unit heats with the energy directly collected from the ground and no bad exhaust in running.
  Low cost of running: the running cost is only about half of the common air-conditioner. All-in-one design combining refrigerating, heating and hot-water supply; one set of the unit can replace the original two sets, boiler and air-conditioner.
  Modularized structure and flexible application: 5 models from 500~3000㎡ are designed for the modular heating (refrigerating) capacity of single machine. Up to 50000㎡ is available through composite module. Compared with common water chilling unit, the composite module unit runs with high-efficiency under low charge, thus save the daily running cost and greatly reduce the starting dash current.

  ·Range of Application

  Zhongya·CAAR air-conditioner based on Ground Source heat pumps the buildings need refrigerating as well as heating and hot-water supplying, i.e,. office building, residence, workshop, restaurant, hotel and shopping center, etc. It can also be used to recover the low-temperature waste-water's remaining heat.
  All-in-one design combining refrigerating, heating and hot-water supply
one set of the unit can replace the original two sets, boiler and air-conditioner.

III. Zhongya·CAAR Modularized Condensing & Heat-recovery Central Controlling Air-conditioners
  Operating principle
  It is a new-type practical products developed combining the existed technologies around the world and integrating the practical experiments.
  This product mainly include wholly-recovered condensing unit and partially-recovered condensing unit. As running, the former one would no longer need water source system, and the heat from the end indoors are totally transferred to hot water box; The partially-recovered condensing unit adopts the heat recovery device ( also called overheat cooling heater) recovering the high-temperature and high-presure gas at the opening of the compressor, thus realizes best energy-saving. Therefore, the life-use hot water with higher relative humidity is obtained without bad influence to the unit's running efficiency. The running of heat recovery device increase the heat-exchanging area of condenser, improved the operating condition of system and promote its running efficiency. Practice revealed that to recover 20% total heat loss can promote over 11% unit efficiency.
  Zhongya·CAAR central unit air-conditioner adopts special technology of condensing heat recovery, which, on one hand, improve the unit running efficiency (increase the condensing heat-exchanging area and reduce the condensing temperature, reduce the compressor's input power): On the other hand, it provide free life-use hot water and save the expense. One set of condensing heat recovery central unit air-conditioner can recover large amount of heat about 1.2times of refrigerating capacity, this completely satisfy the hot water demand for sanitary in summer and not need additional boiler equipment.

IV.Zhongya·CAAR FP Blower Coil Air-conditioner Series

  Zhongya·CAAR FP Blower Coil Pipe Air-conditioner Series, designed integrating the advantages of similar products on the world, has the advantages of elegant structure, fashionable design, advanced performance, high reliability, low noise, small energy-consumption, convenient installation and simple maintenance. The heat exchanger part is made by cooper-tube sleeved new-type high-efficiency folded aluminum chip with advanced bulging techniques. The tube chips combine closely and effect good heat conduction. Tri-speed low-noise special electromotor with non-oil-supply high-precision ball bearings ensures high running stability. The product adopts advanced technologies and greatly reduce the noise of blower fun. Each technical parameter of Zhongya. Aerka FP Blower Coil Pipe Air-conditioner Series are in accordance with the regulations of National Professional Criteria (JB/T4283-91) . The product has passed national monitoring and examination.

  1、 Safe and reliable, long-life.
  The coil tube heat exchanger of each blower has passed pressure leakage test; the input and output water joint (collecting head) is made of forged brass that ensure the reliability and durability; the electromotor adopts ultra-low noise ball bearings which ensures the long life of equipment.
  2、High efficiency and sufficient energy-saving
  The coil pipes are made from the impactly bulged copper tube and sleeved with high-performance folded aluminum fin and achieve a high heat transfer efficiency.
  3、Big wind rate and low noise
  Ultra wide angle spiral housing and centrifugal blower leave made of steel plate is used and the big leave and the electromotor with low rotation speed wind and low noise is selected. Together with the sound-absorbing and temperature-keeping cotton, the machine's mechanical noise and air current noise are reduced to the largest extent with the ensured air quantity and wind-output static pressure.

  4、Low cost of maintenance
  The phase split capacitor electromoter and high-precision excellent ball bearings as well as the chromeplated shaft are adopted to ensure the durability and long-life of the unit. Which simplified the daily maintenance and greatly reduced the maintenance cost.
